Exchange Policy

- We will happily exchange any unwashed product(s) with its original tags purchased from our online store. The customer must return the item within 2 days of purchase to Naptimepk's Warehouse, located at Sui gas road, Faisal town, street no 4, in Gujranwala.
- Please return the product(s) and mention the reason for returning the items.
- The customer must return the product(s) via traceable delivery, i.e., courier or registered post, at his own expense to our address. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- In case of an exchange, once our representative receives the article. Our Team will share a coupon code with the consignee of the amount that the product returned is being retailed at the time. The customer could use the coupon code to order the required article in exchange.
- Our Team should send the product(s) In-case the article has been further discounted from the time of purchase. We will make the exchange at mark-down pricing.
